Refunds may be given at the discretion of the company management. We provide a Trial Period for evaluation purposes. It is during this time that you determine whether the product suitable for your needs. When you purchase a product you are purchasing a license to use the product and therefore there are no physical goods to return. Due to the nature of this purchase refunds will not normally be given, but we may decide to do so if you provide good reason.
