an act of law, calling anyone registered on Telephone
Preference Service (TPS) could result in a fine of up
to £5,000 regardless of whether these people
are your customers. You must therefore ensure that you
screen any potential contacts who you might call against
the TPS and Corporate TPS list. We recommend this service
if you are about to telephone potential customers. |
