Why do I get the message 'This is only available on WinPure ListCleaner Pro'? Unfortunately, this is one of the functions that is not available on WinPure ListCleaner Lite. You will need to download WinPure ListCleaner Pro in order to try out this module.
What exactly is the difference between a populated and empty cell? A populated cell is simply a cell within a column that contains a value. An empty cell is one which is empty. For example, in a list of 100 records, there is a column called 'Postcodes', of which there are 95 postcodes (populated cells) and 5 empty postcodes (empty cells). This module is great for ensuring all your columns are fully populated.
When I select the 'Statistics' module, why can't I see any scores or graphs? You firstly need to select a statistic, either 'populated cells' or 'empty cells'. You can then decide which columns you wish to investigate, then you will be able to view the scores and graphs.
Can I drill into each score, so I can populate the data and therefore increase the score? Yes, simply double click on the required column or score, and WinPure ListCleaner will automatically take back to the Data Table where you can add or remove data, thus changing the scores. You can then simply return to the 'Statistics' modules and click 'Refresh'.
There are no column names on the graph, why is that? You have chosen too many column names which cannot be all placed evenly on the graph. Try maximizing WinPure ListCleaner to fit the whole screen, this can sometimes make it big enough to display the column names.
I can't seem to alter the graph types, why is that? You firstly need to select a statistic, either 'populated cells' or 'empty cells'. You can then decide which columns you wish to investigate, then you will be able to view the scores and graphs. |
