What is the quickest way for me to learn how to use WinPure ListCleaner Lite?

Firstly, we recommend you taking a quick tour of the product, which can be found on our website. Secondly, when you first use WinPure ListCleaner Lite, click on 'Tutorial' and that will take you through simple processes using a sample file, into using each on the cleaning modules within WinPure ListCleaner Lite.

 

Is it possible to export just the 'filtered' selections?

Yes, when in filtered mode (Data Table turning yellow), click 'Export' and WinPure ListCleaner Lite will ask you if you would like to export just the filtered selection, or the whole file.

 

Can I dedupe one file against another?

You can only dedupe one file at a time. In order to to this, you will need to merge your files together, then import the whole file into WinPure ListCleaner Lite.

Only WinPure Clean & Match 2007 has the ability to import two seperate files, and dedupe one from another.

 

Can I install WinPure ListCleaner Lite on more than one PC?

You will need to purchase extra licences in order to use WinPure ListCleaner Lite on more than one PC.

 

Does WinPure ListCleaner Lite come with free technical support?

WinPure ListCleaner Lite comes with FREE 12-month technical support via email.

 

How do I filter values that are just 12 (or any number) character long?

You can construct more complex pattern match strings as follows:

[a-z][0-9]?? (First character a letter, second a number and two additional
characters)

*[!a-b] (a string that doesn't end with a or b)

Built-in pattern matching provides a versatile tool for making string
comparisons. The following table shows the wildcard characters you can use
with the Like operator and the number of digits or strings they match.
