I am trying to import an Excel file but I get an error message:3706 - Method '~' of object '~' failed unable to open file, why is this? For some reason, there has been a problem installing the application, particular with the MDAC files which are included within the WInPure installation. We recommend you download and install MDAC v3.0 which can be downloaded FREE from the Microsoft website. Click Here to download file now.
After installation I get the error 'Microsoft ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine' For some reason during installation, it has not correctly installed the database drivers. Click here to download and install the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe, direct from the Microsoft website. |
