Where exactly can I find the generation code? Once you have downloaded the Demo version of WinPure ListCleaner, open the application, click the 'Register' button on the startup screen and copy/paste the Generation Code. I have just purchased one of your products but don't appear to have the licence key? Why not? The licence key (together with details to download the Full version) is sent immediately after purchasing. You will firstly receive a confirmation email from WorldPay regarding the transaction, then a few minutes later we will send you the email containing the licence key. It is very rarely you will need to wait more than 10 minutes for this email. As this email is sent from a different location, there has been a few cases of delays. If for some reason you have not received the licence key within 10 minutes, please email us at support@winpure.com with the transaction number, and a WinPure representative will investigate the matter immediately. What extras do I get by purchasing the PREMIUM service? The Premium Service is totally optional and the benefits are: FREE
ListCleaner upgrades. An email will be sent to you on the day each new
